Crochet Cross Stitch Toddler Beanie with Flower Accent

Anyone who knows me, knows I love to crochet. I taught myself to crochet while I was pregnant with Nugget and it has been a favorite hobby of mine ever since. One of my favorite things to crochet are beanies. They work up quick and are comfy, cozy, and stylish. I have made beautiful basic beanies, as well as fun character beanies like gingerbread men, Frankenstein’s monster, ninja turtles, and many others.

I am always looking for a new pattern to try, or character to make, so I decided why not start making my own patterns. With that was born this beautiful crochet cross stitch beanie right here. It has a fun cross stitch effect that is easy and enjoyable to make. If you are someone who is familiar with crocheting basic beanies, and wants to try out something new, this pattern is for you. You can switch up the colors for a fun and funky look. By adding the included flower pattern, or leaving it off, you can make this a suitable hat for boys and girls alike.

So without making you wait any longer here is the patter!
